Cash on Delivery (COD)
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available for all orders?
COD is available only for orders up to ₹1,000.
Why is COD not available for orders above ₹1,000?
To ensure smooth transactions and minimize risk, COD is only allowed for orders up to ₹1,000. Orders exceeding this amount must be prepaid.
Is there an additional charge for COD?
Yes, a flat COD fee of ₹100 is applied to all Cash on Delivery orders.

A flat shipping fee of ₹59 will be applied for orders below ₹1,000.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed. Please double-check your address before confirming your purchase.
Do you offer international shipping?

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses?
No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
What should be done if my package has been opened or tampered with?
If your package has been opened or tampered with, do not accept the shipment. Immediately inform our customer care team via contacts@tarnelle.com or WhatsApp+91 9080656440. Note that any intimation after 24 hours of the attempted delivery will not be considered.
Why isn’t my tracking information updating?

What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?
If your order is significantly delayed, please email us at contacts@tarnelle.com. While Tarnelle is not responsible for lost packages, we will assist in contacting the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
